Why Exantur

Why should a coach choose Exantur?

Choose Exantur when you want software shaped like coaching itself: the client relationship, with its programs, sessions, notes, goals and accountability, is the organizing unit, not a sales pipeline or a folder of files. It is one EU-hosted, GDPR-first workspace, built by an independent European team rather than a generic tool with a coaching label.

Most coaches run their practice across a spreadsheet, a document folder, a chat app and a calendar, or bend a generic CRM built for sales pipelines to fit. Exantur exists because coaching has a shape those tools do not model, and because coaching data is sensitive enough to deserve privacy as a foundation rather than an afterthought.

Built for coaching, not adapted to it

Exantur is organized around the coaching relationship, programs, sessions, goals, accountability, assessments, documents, history. It is not a generic CRM or project tool with a coaching label on it. The structure of the software matches the structure of the work.

Privacy is the foundation

All data is stored in the European Union, under GDPR, with access enforced at the database layer through row-level security. No user data is sold, used for advertising, or shared with third parties beyond what is strictly required to run the service. For coaches handling deeply personal disclosures, this is not a feature, it is the environment the work requires.

A small European team, deliberately

Exantur is built by a small European team, not funded by investors whose growth requirements conflict with careful, well-considered software. It is built for coaches who want their tools to reflect the quality of their work.

Practice management, not a pile of tools

One integrated workspace replaces the spreadsheet, the word processor, the chat app and the email threads. The value of coaching is cumulative; the software should be too.

For European coaches specifically

If your clients are European, or your organization has its own GDPR obligations, where the data lives is not a detail. Many established coaching platforms are US-based and store client data under US jurisdiction. Exantur keeps everything in the EU, offers a DPA, and builds data-subject export and deletion into the product. For a European practice, that removes a category of risk rather than adding a caveat.

Frequently asked questions

What makes Exantur different from US coaching platforms?
EU data residency and GDPR-by-design, a coaching-specific structure rather than a generic CRM, and a small independent team focused on careful software rather than growth-at-all-costs.
Is Exantur a marketplace?
No. Exantur is practice management software for coaches and coaching organizations. It includes courses (lessons, quizzes and branded certificates) delivered inside the coaching relationship, but it is not a marketplace that sits between coach and client or takes a commission.
Does Exantur do everything an all-in-one suite does?
It covers the practice essentials, online booking with session reminders, client invoicing through your own Stripe account and two-way calendar sync, includes courses (lessons, quizzes and branded certificates) delivered inside the coaching relationship, and goes deep on the coaching work and privacy. What it deliberately is not: a marketplace that sits between coach and client or takes a commission. See the pillar page for the full scope.
Why use coaching-specific software instead of a generic CRM?
A generic CRM models a contact as a deal in a sales pipeline. Coaching is a relationship over time: sessions, commitments, goals, check-ins and progress that build on each other. Exantur keeps that trajectory in one record, so the history of the work is one scan away instead of scattered across tools.
Do I still need separate tools for notes, scheduling and accountability?
No. Structured session notes, goals, between-session accountability and check-ins are native, and the practice essentials, online booking with reminders, client invoicing through your own Stripe account and two-way calendar sync, are built in. One workspace replaces the spreadsheet, the notes app and the booking tool.
Is Exantur an LMS or a course platform?
No. Exantur is coaching practice management software. It can deliver courses (lessons, quizzes and branded certificates) inside a coaching relationship, but the coaching work, not a content catalogue, is the centre of the product.
Is Exantur only for solo coaches?
No. It fits a solo coach running a roster of clients and coaching organizations with multiple coaches, roles and per-client controls. The same coaching workflow scales from one coach to a team.
