Client management software for coaches

Every coaching relationship begins with a client record, and in most coaching practices that record is scattered across a spreadsheet, a folder of documents and a chat history. Exantur puts the whole relationship in one place.

It is part of Exantur, coaching practice management software built for the practice of professional coaching, not adapted from a generic project management tool.

The full context of a relationship

A client record holds contact information, current status, coach-private notes, the programs the client is enrolled in, an assigned coach within the organization, and a complete history of the work done together. At a glance a coach sees who is active, when the last session was, what accountability items are outstanding, and how recently a check-in was submitted.

Searchable and organized by client

Clients can be searched by name and filtered by status. Session notes, goals, accountability items and check-in responses are all organized by client, not spread across unconnected tools.

A record that persists

When a relationship pauses or concludes, the client record remains as a complete account of the engagement, available for review, for handover to another coach, or as a reference if the relationship resumes later.

Frequently asked questions

Is this a CRM for coaches?
It is coaching-specific client management: a record organized around the coaching relationship rather than a sales pipeline. See our coaching CRM page for how it compares to a generic CRM.
Can multiple coaches share client records?
Yes. In a coaching organization, records and programs are maintained at the organization level, with each coach managing their own relationships in a shared environment.
