Coaching client portal
Most coaching software is built for coaches; the client receives whatever gets shared by email, or nothing until the next session. Exantur treats the coachee’s experience as a design priority, a genuine space for the client’s own relationship with their development.
It is part of Exantur, coaching practice management software built for the practice of professional coaching, not adapted from a generic project management tool.

One place for the client’s journey
Through the portal, coachees see their active programs, the goals they are working toward and current progress on each, their check-in history, outstanding accountability items, documents and assignments the coach has shared, and their assessment results.

Engagement between sessions
A client who can see the evidence of their own progress, complete check-ins, update accountability items and reflect between sessions arrives at each conversation more prepared and more engaged than one with no structured connection to their coaching.
A professional onboarding
The portal is also how coachees are onboarded. When a coach adds a coachee and sends a portal invitation, the coachee is guided to set their credentials and access the portal, an entry point that reflects the quality of the coaching that follows.
Where clients join and where new ones find you
Each session can carry its own video link, Zoom, Teams or Google Meet, so a coachee joins the call straight from their portal instead of hunting through email for the right URL. Before the relationship even starts, a public offer page can present a program with what it includes and let someone enrol, and an opt-in coach directory lets new clients discover you by specialism, language and location. The portal is not only where an existing client works, it is part of how the next one arrives.
A concrete example
Between two sessions, a coachee logs in, completes a two-minute check-in on how the week went, marks one accountability item as done and reschedules another, reads a worksheet the coach shared and uploads a short reflection. By the time the next session starts, the coach already knows where things stand, the conversation begins where it matters instead of spending ten minutes catching up. That is the difference a real portal makes versus a client who only appears at the scheduled hour.
