Course and LMS software for coaches

Not every part of coaching happens live. The frameworks a client should absorb, the exercises they work through on their own, the theory that underpins a program, this is content, and content deserves a proper home rather than a folder of PDFs mailed over. Exantur lets you build real courses inside the coaching relationship, so structured learning sits next to sessions, goals and check-ins instead of in a separate tool.

It is part of Exantur, coaching practice management software built for the practice of professional coaching, not adapted from a generic project management tool.

Build courses with modules, lessons and quizzes

A course in Exantur is a full learning structure: modules that group lessons, lessons that carry text, media and exercises, and quizzes that check whether the material landed. You assemble it once and reuse it with every client or cohort who needs it, so the thinking you put into your methodology becomes a reusable asset rather than something you re-explain each time.

Branded certificates on completion

When a client finishes a course, Exantur can issue a certificate that carries your brand, marking the milestone and giving the client something tangible for the work they did. For a coach whose programs build toward a qualification or a clear completion, the certificate turns "we finished" into a recorded, shareable outcome.

Delivered inside coaching, or sold on its own

A course can live inside a coaching program, so it supports the one-to-one work, or it can stand alone and be sold through your own connected Stripe account. That means the same tool serves both the client you coach personally and the self-paced learner who buys a course without a full engagement, without you running two systems.

Clients work through it from their portal

Coachees open the course from the same portal where they see their goals, check-ins and sessions. Progress through the modules is visible, so you can see who has worked through what and pick up the live conversation where the material left off, rather than guessing whether the reading got done.

Not a separate content product

The courses are a layer within the coaching relationship, not a detached academy bolted on. Everything a client opens sits in the same EU-hosted, secured workspace as the rest of their coaching, so the learning and the relationship reinforce each other instead of living in two disconnected places.

Frequently asked questions

Can I sell a course without coaching?
Yes. A course can be delivered inside a coaching program or sold on its own through your own connected Stripe account, so self-paced learners can buy it without a full engagement.
Do courses include quizzes and certificates?
Yes. You can add quizzes to check understanding and issue branded certificates when a coachee completes the course.
Where do clients access the course?
In the same coachee portal as their goals, check-ins and sessions, so structured learning sits alongside the rest of their coaching.
