This builder turns a vague sense of where a client should end up into a concrete sequence of sessions. You name the outcome, decide how many sessions the journey needs, and give each session a clear focus. What comes out is a printable outline that shows the arc of the whole engagement in one view, rather than a folder of disconnected notes. Nothing you type is saved, so you can draft freely until the shape feels right.

Read the result as a map, not a contract. The outcome at the top keeps every session accountable to one destination, and the per-session focus lets you spot gaps, repetition, or a pace that asks too much too soon. If two sessions cover the same ground, merge them. If the outcome feels far from the last session, add a step. Reordering on paper is cheaper than fixing it midway.

A written outline is what separates running programs from selling loose hours. It gives the client progress and direction from the first meeting, and gives you a structure to lean on when a session drifts. Run this at scale and a real coaching workspace keeps sessions, goals and milestones together instead of on paper.
