AI coaching software that keeps you in control
AI coaching software is easy to get wrong: either it overpromises and pretends to replace the coach, or it quietly ships your clients’ most sensitive words to a model you do not control. Exantur takes a different line. Its AI drafts and supports the work, session prep and recaps for you, and an AI companion for your coachee, while you stay the coach who decides what to use. It runs on your own Anthropic API key, and no client-identifying data is sent to the model.
It is part of Exantur, coaching practice management software built for the practice of professional coaching, not adapted from a generic project management tool.

AI session prep and recap, drafted for you
Before a session, the AI can pull together a prep based on the structured history you already keep, so you walk in oriented rather than scrambling. After a session, it can draft a recap you can tidy and keep. The emphasis is on drafting and supporting: the AI proposes, you review and decide. It does not overwrite your judgment or send anything to a client on its own, so nothing leaves your hands unless you choose it.
An AI companion for the coachee, between sessions
Coaching happens between sessions as much as during them, and that is where a coachee-facing AI companion helps. It gives your client a place to reflect, think aloud and stay engaged when you are not in the room, within the boundaries you set. It is a support for the coaching relationship, not a substitute for you, and the human coaching stays firmly at the center.
On your own key, privacy first
The AI features run on your own Anthropic API key, so the model access is yours rather than a shared black box. Just as importantly, no client-identifying data is sent to the model: the AI works without shipping names and identities off to be processed. For coaches whose whole practice depends on confidentiality, that distinction is the difference between an AI feature you can ethically use and one you cannot.
AI that supports, never replaces, the coach
It is worth being blunt about what this is not. Exantur’s AI does not coach your clients for you, and it does not make decisions on your behalf. It drafts, prepares, recaps and companions, and the coach stays in control of every one of those outputs. That is a deliberate design choice: the value of coaching is the human relationship, and AI here exists to remove admin friction and extend support, not to dilute what makes coaching work.
Frequently asked questions
- What does the AI in Exantur actually do?
- It drafts and supports rather than replaces. For the coach, it prepares session prep and drafts recaps from the history you already keep. For the coachee, it offers an AI companion to reflect and stay engaged between sessions. In every case the coach stays in control of what is used.
- Is my clients’ data sent to the AI model?
- No client-identifying data is sent to the model. The AI features are built to work without shipping client names and identities off for processing, which matters for a practice that runs on confidentiality.
- Whose AI key does it run on?
- Your own Anthropic API key. The model access is yours rather than a shared, opaque service, which gives you a clearer line of sight over how the AI is used in your practice.
- Does the AI replace the coach?
- No. It is explicitly a support tool: it drafts, prepares, recaps and companions, and the coach reviews and decides. It does not coach clients for you or act on your behalf. The human coaching relationship stays at the center.
- Is the AI part of the wider platform?
- Yes. The AI features are one part of Exantur, which also handles clients, scheduling, structured session notes and invoicing, so AI support sits inside the practice rather than as a disconnected add-on.
