Group coaching software
Coaching is not always one-to-one. Cohorts, group programs and workshops have their own rhythm, several people moving through the same material at once, and they should not force a coach into a second system. Exantur runs group sessions in the same workspace as individual coaching, so a coach doing both keeps one consistent record instead of splitting the practice across tools.
It is part of Exantur, coaching practice management software built for the practice of professional coaching, not adapted from a generic project management tool.

Sessions with more than one participant
A session does not have to be a single coachee. You can run a session with multiple participants, track who attended, and keep shared session notes for the group, so the record of a group meeting is as structured as a private one. Attendance stays accurate for follow-up and for anyone who needs to catch up.
Cohort programs alongside one-to-one work
Group programs live next to your individual coaching rather than in a separate app. A cohort can move through a shared program with its own sessions, materials and structure, while each participant still has their own portal, goals and progress. The group experience and the individual journey coexist in one place.
A portal for every participant
Each person in a group gets the same coachee portal as a one-to-one client: their goals, their check-ins, the documents and assignments shared with the group, and their own view of progress. Group coaching stops being a mailing list and becomes a real, tracked experience for each member.
Shared materials, courses and exercises
Everything that supports a group, readings, worksheets, a full course, an exercise the cohort works through, can be shared to the group and completed from each participant's portal. The supporting content and the live sessions sit together, so a cohort program is a coherent whole rather than a calendar invite plus scattered attachments.
