Is coaching right for you?

Thinking about working with a coach? Answer a few questions to see whether coaching fits where you are right now. Scored privately in your browser.

A goal or change

Is there something you want to change or achieve?

Readiness to act

Are you willing to try things between conversations?

Ownership

Do you see the change as yours to make?

Time & commitment

Can you give it regular time over a few months?

This scorecard gives a prospective client a calm way to test whether coaching fits their situation before they ever book a call. Instead of asking them to commit blind, it walks through a short set of questions about readiness, motivation, and the kind of support they are looking for, then scores the answers privately in the person's own browser. Nothing is stored or sent anywhere, which lowers the pressure and encourages honest reflection.

Read the result as a signal of fit, not a verdict. A strong score usually means the person is ready to do the work and would benefit from structure and accountability. A weaker score often points to timing, unclear goals, or a need they should address another way first. Either outcome helps you start from a truthful place, so early conversations are warmer and less about persuasion.

For your practice, this means fewer mismatched enquiries and clients who arrive already primed to engage. When self-selection happens up front, the coaching itself can move faster, and the people you take on inside your workspace tend to stay committed between sessions rather than drifting after the first meeting.
