Coaching scheduling software
A generic calendar tool schedules meetings; it knows nothing about the coaching that happens in them. Exantur is coaching scheduling software: sessions and an agenda that sit in the same workspace as your notes, goals, programs and clients, so a booked time is already connected to the person and the work, not an isolated entry you later reconcile by hand.
It is part of Exantur, coaching practice management software built for the practice of professional coaching, not adapted from a generic project management tool.

Scheduling built for coaching, not a bolted-on calendar
You define the session types you run and the weekly working hours you want to hold, and Exantur builds the slot picker from those hours. A coachee, or a prospect without an account, opens your public booking link, picks an open slot and confirms, and the session lands in the agenda already tied to their client record. Because availability is calculated from your real calendar, a slot is only offered when you are genuinely free.
One agenda, synced two ways with Google and Outlook
Every session and every booking sits in a single agenda instead of two disconnected tools. From the Starter plan up, that agenda syncs both directions with Google Calendar and Outlook: sessions created in Exantur appear in your external calendar, and external events block those times so a coachee can never book over them. The sync reads only busy and free time, never the titles or details of your personal appointments, so your outside calendar stays private while your availability stays accurate.
Reminders, links and no-shows handled
Automatic session reminders go out ahead of each session on every plan, so fewer clients forget and fewer slots are wasted. Each session can carry its own Zoom, Teams or Google Meet link, so a coachee joins from their portal rather than digging through email, and when someone does not show it is recorded against the client record instead of left as a gap you have to remember.
Frequently asked questions
- What is coaching scheduling software?
- Coaching scheduling software is a scheduling tool built for the coaching relationship rather than a generic calendar. In Exantur the agenda, session types and slot picker live in the same workspace as your notes, goals, programs and clients, so a booked session is already connected to the coachee and the work.
- How does the slot picker decide what is available?
- The slot picker is built from the weekly working hours you set and your real calendar. A slot is only offered when you are genuinely free, and a booking lands in your agenda as a session automatically, with no back-and-forth email.
- Which calendars can I sync?
- Google Calendar and Outlook, both directions, from the Starter plan up. Sessions created in Exantur appear in your external calendar, and external events block those times so nothing is double-booked. The sync reads only busy and free time, never event details.
- Are session reminders included?
- Yes. Automatic reminders go out ahead of each session on every plan, by email and in-app, and no-shows are recorded against the client record.
- How is this different from your online booking page?
- They are the same underlying agenda. The booking page focuses on the public link clients use to book themselves; this page is about scheduling as a whole, the agenda, working hours, slot picker and calendar sync, built for coaching rather than a generic meeting tool.
