Matching intake forms
Matching starts with the right questions. A matching intake form captures what actually drives a good pairing, goals, focus areas, preferences and context, from the coachee before any coach is involved. The answers become the input the match runs on, instead of a manager guessing from a job title.
Automatic match scoring
Intake answers are turned into a weighted match score against the available coaches, so the strongest pairings surface first. Scoring makes the reasoning explicit and consistent across a cohort, rather than resting on whoever happened to be free, while a human still makes the final call.
Assignment proposals and accept/decline flow
The system produces assignment proposals from the scores, which move through a clear accept or decline flow. A coach can accept or decline a proposed coachee, and the assignment is recorded, so everyone knows who is matched with whom and the program administrator keeps a clean view of the whole cohort.
Straight into the coaching
Once a match is accepted, the coachee is not handed to a different system: they flow into the same platform where sessions, structured notes, goals, accountability and programs live. Matching is the front door to the coaching, not a detached step before it.
