This worksheet gives a limiting belief somewhere to live outside your client's head. Rather than a vague sense of being stuck, the sheet walks through three moves: stating the belief in plain words, holding it up against evidence, and rewriting it into a version that supports action. What it produces is a short, printable page your client can keep, revisit, and act on.
Read the finished sheet as a snapshot, not a verdict. The original belief shows you the story a client is running, the test surfaces how much of it survives honest questioning, and the reframe becomes a line you can return to in later sessions. When the same belief reappears in different language, that pattern is often more useful than any single answer on the page.
Working beliefs this way matters because most stalled goals sit on an assumption nobody has said out loud. Naming it lowers its power, and a printed reframe gives a client something concrete to practise between meetings. Kept alongside earlier reflections in a client record, these sheets let you trace how a belief loosens over time.
