SWOT analysis

Fill in the fields to build your document.

A SWOT analysis sorts what you know about a client, a team, or your own practice into four quadrants. Strengths and weaknesses cover what is already true on the inside, the capabilities and habits someone brings to the table. Opportunities and threats look outward at the market, the environment, and the pressures that could shift in the coming months. This tool gives you a clean grid to fill in during a session or between meetings, so scattered observations land in one place.

Read the result as a conversation starter rather than a verdict. The most useful signal often sits where two quadrants meet: a strength that a threat could erode, or a weakness that an opportunity might quietly resolve. Working through it out loud with a client tends to surface assumptions that a plain list never does, and the printed grid gives you both something concrete to reflect on later.

For a coaching practice, a clear SWOT keeps early sessions focused and gives a client the sense that their situation has been properly mapped. When you are ready to move from reflection to follow-through, you can carry those insights into a workspace like Exantur and turn them into tracked goals.
